Our Vitamin C Antioxidant Toner delivers a refreshing, antioxidant-rich toning step that helps brighten, hydrate, and balance the complexion, making it ideal for daily use and professional back-bar treatments. It addresses:

Apply to freshly cleansed skin with a cotton ball or mist onto skin with an atomizer. Allow product to dry prior to applying other skin care products. Best when used twice daily.

If mixing fragrance or essential oils yourself, use a solubilizer such as Polysorbate 20 or Polysorbate 80 to ensure even dispersion in this water-based formula.
