Shipping policy

Lead times are generally 2-4 weeks, but can vary by product. Please be advised that lead times are subject to change, and you will be notified if such change occurs. Selecting expedited shipping at checkout will not reduce lead times. It only affects the delivery time once your order has been handed over to one of our shipping partners. When you place an order with Pravada Beauty Labs, you understand and accept these terms. Thank you for understanding.

If you have selected "I Will Arrange My Own Shipping" as a shipping option at checkout, you agree to the terms that your order will not ship until your shipping information has been received and confirmed by Pravada Beauty Labs. If you would like us to arrange shipping, please contact us immediately -- additional charges may occur. 

If you have selected "Call for Custom Quote" as a shipping option at checkout, you agree to the terms that your order will not ship until your shipping information has been received, confirmed, and the shipping invoice has been paid to Pravada Beauty Labs.  

Free Domestic Ground Shipping on Orders of $500+

Eligibility: Free standard ground shipping applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of $500.00 or more, calculated after all discounts, promo codes, and credits are applied and before taxes, fees, and shipping charges. 

Destinations: Valid only for delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and all international destinations.

Service level: Orders ship via the carrier's standard ground service, chosen by Pravada Beauty Labs. Expedited, 2-day, overnight, and other upgraded services are charged at standard rates in full; the free-shipping value does not carry over as a credit toward upgrades.

Delivery times: Ground transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Returns & cancellations: If an allowed return, cancellation, or partial refund brings the net order value below $500, the standard shipping cost for the original order will be deducted from your refund.

Combinability: Can be combined with other offers. Cannot be applied to prior orders.

Split shipments: Orders must be placed in a single transaction to qualify; separate orders cannot be combined to meet the threshold.

Changes: Pravada Beauty Labs may modify or end this promotion at any time without notice. Offer valid September 22, 2026 through December 31, 2026.
